The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering incoming phone calls, and processing payments.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person Maintain an organized and clean front desk area Process payments, including cash, credit card, and check transactions Ensure that all transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service and cash handling experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must have a valid driver's license If you are an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service and multitasking skills, we would like to hear from you.
