Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (equivalent to defeating the final boss) Mastery of Windows OS (Win 10 & 11, like a true digital samurai) Customer service experience (bonus points if you've leveled up in phone-related customer service) Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications (Excel wizardry is highly admired) Must have the strength to lift up to 25lbs (equivalent to carrying a fully-loaded server) Key Job
Responsibilities:
Engage in epic conversations with our employees, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or through email and text, solving their tech mysteries and vanquishing their machine foes.
Wield your troubleshooting skills to fix computers and connected devices, banishing glitches and restoring order to the digital realm.
Be the guardian of technology, reporting and escalating any issues the clinical and surgical teams encounter during their heroic daily operations.
Provide valuable feedback reports to the Technology Manager, sharing the experiences of our clinical and surgical teams on software updates and downtime adventures.
Assist the IT Department in deploying software updates and deployments to critical systems.
