We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable working independently while reporting directly to the company president.
The ability to multi-task, while managing team support is essential in this position.
The ideal candidate for this job is pleasant, resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized.
Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will possess the following
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software - Personable phone skills - Proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Word, & Excel You must complete the skill tests on Indeed to be considered Job Type:
