Those who will enthusiastically promote our fresh breads, pastries, and menu items.
As a CSR, you will be responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
A CSR will be required to gain an extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to make recommendations.
A CSR will be a team player and assist throughout the cafe with duties to include serving, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and ensuring that every opportunity is taken to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a daytime job.
We are open until 3 PM during the week and noon on Saturdays! Desired Skills:
Handling cash accurately, Processing credit cards, Using Point of Sale software, Making change accurately, Using a digital cash register.
