This position will work Monday - Friday with 4 days per week in the office and one day out coordinating our Caring Coach Food distrubution.
Ability to maintain and protect confidential information.
Ability to assist persons served to access information.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and coordinate work assignments.
Skill in operating basic office equipment (telephone, fax, copier, compute, etc.
).
Answers phones, assesses the needs of the caller, and appropriately direct the caller.
Greets clients and directs them to complete paperwork and/or to receive services.
Supervise Caring Coach Volunteers at all five locations (Baker, DeFuniak Springs, Miramar Beach, Freeport, and Cantonment) Order food weekly from local grocery stores Inventory food on a weekly bases Supervise the maintenance of the Caring Coach food to ensure good working order as described by USDA, with no past dated food items, and proper cleanliness of the Caring Coach space.
Assist in the unloading and proper storage of incoming food.
Stock shelves as needed.
Enter service data into Excel Spreadsheets Maintain order in the Caring Coach space Performs related assignments such as (but not limited to):
assisting in special studies, community outreach, and/or representing the agency on designated committees.
