Cashier shift:
Monday - Friday 7:
00am - 5:
00pm Saturdays 8:
30am - 3:
30pm (Alternating) Answer incoming calls for the Service Department.
Deal with queries from the public and customers.
Schedule service appointments for customers using appointment software for the dealership.
Update customers on vehicle status, parts arrivals, etc.
Assist parts and service department as needed with invoices, supplies, upkeep, and misc.
additional job duties.
Process transactions for service and parts invoices, process credit card transactions, maintain and balance cash drawer with daily deposits.
