Chosen candidate will image laptops and desktops following a set of work instructions, ensuring accurate documentation of user, service tag and asset number.
Candidate will also provide first time login support to our users both on-site as well as remote support.
Skill Matrix:
Laptop prep and imaging, basic login and IT support-------------------------- Required Skill Set :
The chosen candidate will need to be able to follow detailed work instructions as well as have impeccable customer service skills.
General troubleshooting knowledge assisting with MS Windows, and MS Office applications.
Chosen candidate will image laptops and desktops following a set of work instructions, ensuring accurate documentation of user, service tag and asset number.
Candidate will also provide first time login support to our users both on-site as well as remote support.
Proficient use of MS Excel and general knowledge and troubleshooting skills with MS Windows and Office.
Desired Skills Set :
knowledge of packing machines in preparation for shipping.
