Job Description:
Perform tasks across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, developing and completing projects or programs Track progress to financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives Supports new business development activities and participates in proposal development support by obtaining quotes, building BOEs (Basis of Estimates), and coordinating with functional support leads Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 5- 10 years of experience or equivalent experience Able to coordinate, manage, and create customer required Data CDRLs and status reports Experienced in correlating tasks and scope remaining to develop Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and determine whether work will be complete within contractual period of performance Able to support proposal and pricing activities under direction from program manager and/ or capture manager Log and track procurements, repairs and shipments by project Generate Work Authorization Memos (WAMs) and monitors labor hours by project number Required Software/IT skills:
Above average skills in Microsoft Word and Power Point; Superior skills in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Costpoint or similar ERP/cost reporting system is desired Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task, managing support duties among multiple projects concurrently Able to work with minimal supervision; highly motivated individual with an ability to work on own initiative Self-starter who possess the skills to identify problems and resolve them unilaterally Strong organizational and analytical skills, capturing information, prioritizing tasks and organizing effectively Excellent written and oral communication skills Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Previous experience with government contracting, specifically cost-type contracts and/or indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts (IDIQs) is desired Knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing is desired Salary Low $42,660 - High $72,540 #ASFS Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
