Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12-18 old.
Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment to adolescent females with chronic mental health needs nationwide.
Gulf Coast Treatment Center provides comprehensive mental healthcare and education services for at risk female adolescents, families and our community.
Gulf Coast Treatment Center is looking to fill the Facility Manager role TEMPORARILY through December 31, 2023.
The role of the Facilities Manager is to Provides oversight and management of Facility Services consisting of Maintenance, Plant Operations, and Environmental Services.
Coordinates all plant operations to ensure compliance with Department of Mental Health, JCAHO, CMS, and other regulatory agency standards.
Bachelors degree in Engineering from a recognized college or university or a related field; PREFERRED At least 5-10 years of facility maintenance leadership experience in a healthcare setting; prefer a certified healthcare facility manager.
Demonstrated skill in planning, organizing, and achieving objectives.
Recognize ability to lead people and motivate staff.
Must have working knowledge of health care sanitation and plant operations applicable to the safety of patients, prevention of infections and diseases, and must be able to communicate and educate staff on these issues.
Knowledge of hospital and/or health care as related to JCAHO and regulatory standards, and must be able to communicate and educate staff on these issues.
Knowledge of JCAHO standards and State Regulations regarding EOC and life safety.
