responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients over the phone and text/social media.
They handle inquiries, and requests, and build relationships helping to get buyers approved for a Home Loan.
aiming to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Customer Support:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing clients' inquiries, and requests promptly.
Provide accurate and helpful information about loan products, services, and policies.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to assist them.
Understand client needs and find suitable solutions to meet their expectations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools a Plus! Ability to, prioritize, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Loan or bank knowledge or experience a plus but not required Job Type:
