- Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries with a focus on satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including invoices and work orders.
- Uphold a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions about their vehicles.
- Promote additional services and maintenance packages that align with the customer's vehicle needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or automotive-related certifications are a plus).
- Previous experience as a service advisor in an automotive dealership or service center.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and build rapport.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and service processes.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
