The top candidate will be able to work independently while collaborating with a group of agents with their transactions from listing or contract to close.

Responsibilities:
Full-service concierge to agents and customers throughout the course of their real estate transactions White-Glove Customer Service Impeccable communication with all parties including agents, customers, clients, and vendors Scheduling Working alongside the Broker / Compliance Department to ensure compliance of files Weekly Reporting Required skill:
Knowledge of real estate contracts First class organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to self manage while meeting required metrics and deadlines Real estate background preferred Job Type:
