As an M365 Collaboration Expert, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools within BAE Systems.

Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Configuration:

Solution Design:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their collaboration requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft 365 solutions.

Implementation:
Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, including planning, deployment, and migration activities.
Ensure proper integration with existing systems and platforms, minimizing disruption to employees.
Training and Adoption:
Collaborate with other team members in the development of training materials and delivery of training sessions to employees, promoting the effective use of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and employee adoption.
Develop change management strategies to ensure maximum utilization of the platform's features and capabilities.
Governance and Security:

Troubleshooting and Support:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Qualifications:

years relevant experience as a M365 Collaboration Expert working in an enterprise environment Proven experience as an M365 Collaboration Expert or similar role, with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and their functionalities.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and other related Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, including migration and integration activities.
Solid understanding of information architecture, content management, and collaboration best practices.
Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance considerations in the context of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required.
