Services are strictly provided by Registered Behavior Technicians, Qalified Autism Specialist Practitioners-Supervisor (QASP-S), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) at this time.

To provide children and young adults on the autism spectrum with meaningful, life changing therapy, in a positive and loving environment.
Your Roles and Responsibilities as a QASP-S or a BCaBA:
Conducts 1:
1 ABA therapy in the home, school, clinic, or other community environments Conduct parent trainings under the supervision of a BCBA Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments when needed under the supervision of a BCBA Update objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed under the supervision of a BCBA Discusse the client's progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with the caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per week Informs immediate supervisor of issues as they arise Submit time sheets on time Submit reports (e.
g.
, reauthorization and monthly reports) on time Complete daily progress notes Complete behavior modifications Complete authorized therapy hours per client Complete supervision of RBTs Update clinical programs as needed Requirements for the QASP-S or BCaBA:
Bachelor degree Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency.
Must possess a high level of integrity.
Reliable means of transportation and a valid Florida Driver's License (on file) Pass a criminal background check Maintain CPR certification (every 2 years) Maintain HIPAA compliance training (annual) Possess a current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Certification Incentives:
