We're looking for a results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our General Merchandise/Motorclothes Sales Team.
The H-D Motorclothes position isn't your typical retail sales job - motorclothes is one of the busiest departments in the dealership and sells to both locals and tourists alike.
We sell everything from shot glasses and t-shirts to riding gear like helmets, leather jackets and gloves.
The right individual is friendly, high-energy and sales-focused while maintaining a high level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILTIES Proactively engage with customers in order to assess customer needs and provide assistance and recommendations based on those needs Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Remain knowledgeable on available products in order to assist customer in making the right choice for their needs as well as the opportunity to offer complimentary products Go the extra mile to drive sales Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Commitment to fulfilling Emerald Coast Harley-Davidson's mission and positively representing the brand both internally and externally Must be flexible and able to multi-task Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration.
Harley-Davidson and powersports experience not required but is a plus.
Harley-Davidson experience isn't required but prior retail experience is a must.
