4 Fort Walton Beach, FL Fort Walton Beach, FL Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $15 - $16 an hour $15 - $16 an hour Duties - Provide personal care assistance to residents in a ASSISTED LIVNING setting - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document administration - Monitor and record vital signs of residents - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transferring techniques - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents - Follow resident care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel Experience - Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond in emergency situations - Experience in medication administration is a plus - Understanding of resident rights and ability to advocate for their needs Skills:
- Compassionate and a passion for Seniors - Ability to work well in a team environment
