Building Maintenance Technician
Community management company in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking resumes from qualified maintenance technicians. Ideal candidates should:
Be a high school graduate or equivalent
Be able to pass a background and drug test
Have at least 3 years of experience maintaining mid-rise/high-rise condominiums
Be an organized, self-motivated problem solver
Be able to multitask daily duties without the need for constant supervision
Have good communication skills
Be available for 24-hour emergency support
Be able to perform various janitorial duties
Be knowledgeable with various tools in the course of completing general repair tasks such as basic plumbing, drywall, and painting
Have an active Certified Pool Operator certification and experience with various types of chlorinators and filtrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
