Front Desk Reservationist
Job Description Kelly Services is seeking a Front Desk Reservationist for Condo on Okaloosa Island.
The candidate must energetic, sales minded, and detail oriented person with a friendly personality and great customer service and phone skills is needed in a fast paced Front Desk environment.
Flexible schedule and weekend availability is required.
Main duties include:
Answering a multi-line phone system, making reservations, greeting and directing guests, responding to complaints, service issues and general questions, filing, mail distribution, creating work orders and assisting with monthly statements.
Ability to multi-task a must.
Computer Skills:
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
Experience with a hotel booking systems is preferred.
Ability to type 40/wpm.
Education/
Experience:
Associates Degree preferred and/or previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment.
Must be flexible to work a day shift Monday through Friday and rotating weekends.
The pay rate is $10 to $12 per hour.
