Financial Analyst
Job Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for the Fort Walton Beach Corporate office.
Experience generating billings and using Wide Area Work Flow for defense service contracts is highly desirable.
This position will also actively participate in other functions such as payroll, cash flow, budgets, audit preparation and reconciliations.
Expert level knowledge and experience needed with Microsoft Excel and with processing invoices and billings.
Candidate must possess excellent organization skills and aptitude to apply broad knowledge of accounting, finance and audit principles in a DoD environment.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years accounting experience.
Associates of Arts degree with Accounting emphasis or Bachelor degree in related field preferred.
Skills and KnowledgeExperience using Deltek GCS and Time & Expense software preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expert level knowledge of MS Excel a must.
Must be able to meet critical deadlines and be willing to work outside of normal hours when required.
A high attention to detail required.
Experience working in DoD environment a plus.
Must demonstrate discretion, professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
