For management to continually monitor and evaluate the adequacy of the extended stay operation model, a great amount of focus should be placed on providing Quality Assurance, Modern Amenities with Technology and Customer service-What every Hotel Strives for.
General Managers assure the highest level of service and quality.
They select, orient, train, and manage a Team of four to eight (4-8).
They handle all of the P&L decisions for a multi-million dollar operation.
The General Manager is to oversee all the operations and practices of the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Competitive Candidates will have:
2 years Management College Degree/Hospitality Certification or Equivalent work experience Full P&L understanding Sales & Marketing abilities Quality Assurance Inspections experience and/or an proven ability to get teams to perform at the highest level of detail.
